Love is Now is Always

Leon is locked up in a concrete cell with a chisel and a hammer with the engraving “love is now is always”.

We wanted to give the viewers the simple pain and pleasure of breaking through a concrete wall, and that’s it. The wall and the hole is a metaphor for love and the chiseling is what we all have to do sometimes; break through.

“A well-directed short film where love requires hard-work.”
Simon Bertrand, Oaxaca FilmFest
